Here at A&M Sanitation Inc., safety is our upmost concern. Comprehensive safety training is completed at the time of hiring, and after the hire we conduct weekly safety meetings to ensure the job is being performed in the correct manner. We follow OHSA guidelines for structure and content.

Nightly PPE checks are performed and documented. Every night, a safety walkthrough and safety briefs are conducted. Quarterly safety audits are administered, too. ALL accidents and near misses are reported and then investigated, and a Root Cause Analysis is determined. From there, we make the necessary corrections to ensure the issue is resolved and will not happen again in the future.

Because of our efforts in regards to safety and training, DART rates are well under industry standards.
