I started in the poultry business in 1997. Soon after, I was responsible for all of the department and training new hires.

On December 1st, 1999, I started working for a Georgia-based chemical company. I built a sales territory of multi-millions in sales within 2 years. I worked across the southern US, helping other Zep reps with issues and training as needed in their customer plants. I reviewed all parts of sanitation, from hiring and training to evaluating cost-saving programs to developing detailed labor requirements for many different customers. 

On March 27th, 2009, I worked with an Arkansas-based chemical company, was Chemstation approved as a preferred vendor to major food-producing companies, and helped build the required formulations to ensure the company was successful in our region. I still service customers at Chemstation today.

I began work at A&M Sanitation Inc. on March 27, 2017. I saw a need for a smaller, more focused contract cleaner. Many of the plants I called on complained that they were just a number in Rolodex among the larger contract cleaning firms in business. 

We at A&M Sanitation don’t seek to be the cheapest, least concerned contract cleaning company in the market today. We seek merely to be the best fit for your location. We earn our clean reputation one plant, one customer and one day at a time.
